Built in 1902, the heritage-listed building has been carefully restored on the exterior, celebrating a piece of Perth's history.  Executive Chef Simone Ariano's hometown Italian fare will take you from breakfast to dinner every day of the week. Course 1: Albese
An Italian-style delicately sliced beef carpaccio served with house-made pickled mushrooms & onion with a gorgonzola cheese sauce (GF)

Course 2: Arancini
Hand rolled arancini balls filled with mushrooms, baby spinach & feta, topped with truffle & parmesan cheese (V) 

Course 3: Gnocchi
Our famous hand rolled gnocchi, tiger prawns, Carnarvon zucchini, Italian gorgonzola & chilli

Course 4: Ravioli
Fresh handmade black onyx beef cheek ravioli pasta, in a sauce of black truffle butter, roasted hazelnuts, & salted ricotta
